The Padel Court Construction & Installation Process
A typical project follows four clear phases. Because every Hllye court ships as a modular system, your local team — not a specialist flown in from abroad — can handle the assembly with our 3D manuals.
Foundation & Civil Works
A reinforced concrete ring beam (typically 40cm x 40cm) around the perimeter anchors the steel pillars securely. The playing area uses porous concrete or asphalt, ready for turf.
Steel Structure Assembly
Unload the container and erect the hot-dip galvanized S235JR steel frame. Our modular plug-and-play system bolts together quickly with standard tools.
Glass Panels & Mesh
Install the 10mm or 12mm CE-certified tempered glass panels and the electro-welded galvanized mesh, following the numbered assembly drawings.
Turf, Sand & Lighting
Lay the fibrillated or monofilament turf, apply the silica sand infill, and mount the LED lighting (300-400 lux standard). Ready to play.

The foundation is the hidden cost that surprises many first-time investors. You cannot place a padel court on grass or uneven ground. Here is exactly what your civil works contractor needs to prepare:
- Reinforced concrete ring beam — typically 40cm wide x 40cm deep around the perimeter to anchor the steel structure.
- Porous concrete or asphalt slab — the inner playing surface, laid to a smooth level for professional turf.
- Drainage — a slight fall or drainage system to prevent water pooling on the playing area.
- Space around courts — leave at least 1.5m to 2m between courts or walls for player movement and maintenance access.
